Spaghetti alla Gricia

Hello Everybody! Today I have another simple and quick recipe for you. This Spaghetti alla Gricia Recipe will take you under 20 minutes to prepare and tastes delicious!   • 8 oz. guanciale**, cubed
  • pecorino cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 lbs. spaghetti
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the spaghetti and cook as per the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, add the guanciale to a deep skillet and fry over medium/low heat for about 5 minutes, making sure to stir to cook  evenly on all sides.   • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 lbs. potatoes, mashed
  • 10 oz. peas, frozen
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken stock
