- 4 cups of panettone with raisins, cut in cubes
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Turn on the oven to 350 degrees. Begin by warming up the milk in a pot on the stove on low heat. Next, whisk/beat the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Then add the cinnamon and mix all together.
