Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Hello Everybody! Today I have a scalloped potatoes recipe to share with all of you. It’s an easy dish to make for dinner during the work week. In less than 30 minutes, you’ll have the recipe prepped!   • 3 cups Fontina Cheese
  • 1.5 lbs. raw potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 qt. whole milk, warmed
  • 4 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 4 oz. pancetta, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan reggiano cheese, freshly grated
  • 3 Tbsp of butter
  • fresh nutmeg
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Carrot Puree Soup Recipe

  • 2 lbs. carrot, chopped
  • 1 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 1 large┬ápotato, chopped
  • 1 oz of fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 7 cups of chicken broth
  • salt, to taste
  • 5 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Oh Yeah Baby (hot pepper), optional
