Pizza Dough (Store bought or Homemade)
1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
pinch of sugar
In a small bowl add 1-1/2 tablespoons of yeast and a half cup of warm water; let sit for 10 minutes. Meanwhile add 3-1/2 cups of flour into a large bowl (wooden bowl preferred).
