  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed

Spaghetti alla Gorgonzola Recipe

Hello Everybody! Today I have a very simple Spaghetti alla Gorgonzola Recipe to share with you all. This recipe only requires a handful of ingredients and can be done in less than 20 minutes!   • 1 lbs. spaghetti
  • 4 oz. heavy cream
  • 4 oz. milk
  • 1 oz. butter
  • 3 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 sage leaves
  • parmesan cheese
  • black pepper, to taste

Begin by bring a pot of water and a pinch of salt to a boil. Cook the spaghetti as per the package instructions.
