- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 2 oz. flat fillet anchovies, rinsed
- 1/4 cup capers, rinsed
- handful fresh parsley, chopped
- Hot pepper (optional)
- Sea salt, to taste
