Bread Pudding Recipe
Hello Everybody! Today I have a bread pudding recipe to share with you all. It’s the perfect dessert to share with your loved ones this Valentine’s Day or just surprise them any day of the week. Easy and quick to prepare. Watch the full video below or scroll down for the written recipe.
- 4 cups of panettone with raisins, cut in cubes
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Turn on the oven to 350 degrees. Begin by warming up the milk in a pot on the stove on low heat. Next, whisk/beat the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Then add the cinnamon and mix all together. Then add the vanilla extract and again mix all together. Slowly add the warm milk to the mix and continue whisking while pouring the milk.
Next add two cups of panettone to the bowl and mix together. Now add the heavy cream to the mix and the rest of the panettone and lightly mix all together without breaking the panettone into pieces. Coat the bottom of a square baking dish with butter or cooking spray to keep the bread pudding from sticking to it when baked. Pour the bread mix into the baking dish. Place in the oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy and cin cin!
