Hello everybody! Today I am sharing with you this easy St. Joseph’s Day recipe. St. Joseph’s Day is on March 19th and it is in celebration of St. Joseph, (San Giuseppe). The breadcrumbs are to resemble wood dust, since he was a carpenter. Anchovies are used in this recipe since it falls during Lent, so no meat can be used. - 2 oz. anchovies
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup olive oil
