Hello Everybody! Today I want to share with you this delicious pasta with asparagus and prosciutto recipe! Spring is right around the corner and asparagus is in season now. Follow along as I show you how to make this dish in my video and/or continue scrolling for the written recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. linguine
- 1-1.5 cups asparagus, halved
- 16 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 oz. prosciutto, cubed
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 -3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 oh yeah baby, hot pepper (optional), chopped
- olive oil
- pecorino cheese
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
