- 1/2 Onion
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Head of Cabbage
- Pork or Beef (Ground or Whole)
- 2 Cups Rice (White or Brown)
- Tomato Sauce
- Bay Leaf
- Bouillon Cube
