Spaghetti alla Gorgonzola Recipe
Hello Everybody! Today I have a very simple Spaghetti alla Gorgonzola Recipe to share with you all. This recipe only requires a handful of ingredients and can be done in less than 20 minutes! - 1 lbs. spaghetti
- 4 oz. heavy cream
- 4 oz. milk
- 1 oz. butter
- 3 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
- 3 sage leaves
- parmesan cheese
- black pepper, to taste
Begin by bring a pot of water and a pinch of salt to a boil. Cook the spaghetti as per the package instructions.
Melt down the butter, milk, heavy cream, and gorgonzola cheese in a deep skillet over a low flame. Continue to stir and do not let the mixture come to a boil.
Once the butter is almost completely melted down, add the sage leaves to add more flavor to the cream. Once the butter and cheese has melted, lower the flame to the lowest setting to keep the cream mixture warm until the spaghetti is ready.
Once you have drained the spaghetti, remove the sage from the cream mixture. Add the spaghetti and some fresh ground black pepper to the skillet and mix.
Place some of the spaghetti onto a dish and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy. Cin cin!
