St. Joseph’s Day Pasta Recipe

Hello everybody! Today I am sharing with you this easy St. Joseph’s Day recipe. St. Joseph’s Day is on March 19th and it is in celebration of St. Joseph, (San Giuseppe). The breadcrumbs are to resemble wood dust, since he was a carpenter. Anchovies are used in this recipe since it falls during Lent, so no meat can be used. Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. mafaldine
  • 2 oz. anchovies
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Pasta with Asparagus and Prosciutto Recipe

Hello Everybody! Today I want to share with you this delicious pasta with asparagus and prosciutto recipe! Spring is right around the corner and asparagus is in season now. Follow along as I show you how to make this dish in my video and/or continue scrolling for the written recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 1-1.5 cups asparagus, halved
  • 16 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3 oz. prosciutto, cubed
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 -3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 oh yeah baby, hot pepper (optional), chopped
  • olive oil
  • pecorino cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
