Ingredients:
- 10 plum tomatoes, boiled and skin peeled
- 5 potatoes
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, halved
- 4 cups of chicken stock
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 hot pepper, optional
- handful of fresh basil leaves
- salt, to taste
- pecorino cheese, freshly grated (optional)
